The B in BP doesn't stand for Barrack?

Regarding the oil mess in the gulf, Obama didn't even meet with the CEO of BP. It's been said on TV he's trying to make political capitol out of it and that both he and BP haven't done enough.

He makes a bold statement that now he knows whose @ss to kick. Hmmm. If anyone else said publicity that they were going to kick someone's @ss, I believe they could be arrested for making terroristic threats.

One of Obama's peeves is that he has been unable to remove the CEO of BP like he did the CEO of GM. I see/hear a lot of talk and blame pointing but that's about it.

Is Obama's goal to fix the problem or gain popularity points? The B in BP does not stand for Brarrack.

B is for Barrack, B is for British Petroleum, British Petroleum is a company in Britain. The British at one time ruled over Kenya, Kenya is where 0bama's father was born. Kenya is also 0bama's birthplace.

Politicians have to be seen to be blaming someone else in order to avert the criticism that they themselves are doing nothing about the problem - it has been ever so!

and your point is? BP just trashed one of America's favorite vacation spots, because they couldn't be bothered to use the same blow out valves your EU governments require them to use in the North Sea fields. they have at least temporarily destroyed the fishing and seafood industry in the Gulf with no end in sight at present and have made it far more difficult to use the Mississippi River, America's sea lane to it's agriculture and industry. I wish he would kick BP's CEO in the tail 3 or 4 times. America's wants to know if BP really going to fix the problem and are they good for the massive damage they've caused. otherwise, I for one would be very pleased to see the US nationalize BP's holdings in the US. most folks along the Gulf Coast are even less polite than I am on the subject.

It is BP's responsibility to take care of this mess. Or would you rather BP act like US companies, who when a disaster by their own making happens in a foreign country, turn tail and run...refusing to stay and even attempt to clean the mess or fix the problem?

I know you don't like Obama, that is perfectly clear. What would you like him to do? Why don't you write him a letter with suggestions?
