Can one still use the very grand balcony at the front of the above premises as a means of entrance?

Now this poses an interesting scenario. The building is (as far as I know) still derelict. The Iranians refusing to pay for the repair saying it's not their building and the Brits refusing to pay saying it's not theirs. So now if I was to squat there and the Iranians objected, that would be the same as claiming ownership hence massive bill. If the Brits objected, same thing. So would I get to keep it?
Can you check out that balcony for me too?
