On the surface they do seem to be extremely similar. But once you peel back the layers, one discovers that these are indeed two different countries with very different cultures.
And unless things change drastically in the political and world arena, I can see the UK pulling further back from the US. |

Well, they have alot in common, both have similar music and movies tastes, both have same languages, simliar foods (even similar problems with obesity) which really helps with the bond between us, we even had our last Prime minister in your last Presidents pocket, can't get closer than that. |
