i am a registered nurse here in the philippines and im mplaning to take the nclex in california,what are the chances that i can get a us visa

Your chances are very, very, very small.

The burden of proof is on you to convince the consular officer that you will go back to the Philippines and not overstay the visa. Since so many Filipinos are already TNT in the US it's hard on new applicants.

I would add that perhaps you might want to schedule your NCLEX in Guam.

Go to Canada,they need more nurses,
if you are RN, there is nothing to worry..you worked hard to get that Nursing degree, and there are many agency who will hire you even in US...
Don't go for tourist visa..look for an agency to hire you..or any sponsor..
