Travel to Costa Rica with Canadian landed immigrant card and Russian passport?

Hi, I'm currently Russian Sitizen, but have a legal status as a Canadian landed immigrant. I'm not sure if i could go to Costa Rica without opening a visa and just using the documents i have?
Any info is appreciated, thanks in advance!

If you have permanent residency for Canada, then you don't need a visa for Costa Rica, even with a Russian passport.
However, unless you flight goes directly from Canada to Costa Rica, you may need a transit visa for the USA.
