my grandparents want to come visit my family in california from mexico and were denied a travel visa. what can they do? I havent seen them in over ten years and i fear i never will again

They can re-apply for a tourist visa after a year.If the need to see them is important for you, you can always be the one to visit them in Mexico. |

When US Visa is refused for any reason, they give the applicant the right of appeal against the Embassy / Consulate decision.
Alternatively, If they don't come to visit, you can travel back to see them in Maxico, if you have a fear of never seeing them again. |
