UK CRB Check?

I got in to trouble when I was younger, it all happen when I was under 18 and Im 22 now. Ive never been to prison.

Would my record show up on a CRB check?

yes they do check it; and yes it will show;
The Criminal Records Bureau (CRB), an Executive Agency of the Home Office, provides wider access to criminal record information through its Disclosure service. This service enables organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors to make safer recruitment decisions by identifying candidates who may be unsuitable for certain work, especially that involve children or vulnerable adults. The CRB was established under Part V of the Police Act 1997 and was launched in March 2002.

Yes it should show up thats what the checks are for hun.....cautions show up...ccj....anything!

yes it will show up , i think they don't go off for about 8 years if no convictions think its 15 years if there was convictions i'm sure there will be more info on the govenment website x

even though you havnt faced imprisonment, it still gets logged under the police dept. but gets destroyed usually after 2 years - thats for the really minor crimes only.

For any police reports that are really minor they dont effect your crb check

but the police swill let you know if this will effect you in any way i.e getting job etc. not all serches and investigation gets logged as a crime
