UK study visa...please help me!?

I have a UK studend visa that expires on 30th Aug 2010. Now, I'm planning to head back to my home country, and come back to UK on 1st Aug. Will I be prevented from entering the UK, as I've finished my studies, but I'm re-entering UK to straighten out my master university application. Thank you.

For how long you may stay depends on the type/length of study.
â—™ Degree level or above
• On a course of 12 months or more: the full length of the course plus 4 months after the end of your course;
• On a course of 6 months or more, but less than 12 months: the full length of the course plus 2 months after the end of your course;
• On a Pre-sessional course of less than 6 months: the full length of the course plus 1 month after the end of your course;
• On a course of less than 6 months (non pre-sessional): the full length of the course plus 7 days after the end of your course.
â—™ Below degree level
• On a course of 12 months or more: the full length of the course (up to a maximum of 3 years if you are 18 years old or above) plus 4 months after the end of your course;
• On a course of 6 months or more, but less than 12 months: the full length of the course plus 2 months after the end of your course.
If you have been issued a visa valid until the 30th of August 2010 it can be assumed that you have studied for longer than 12 months, hence you would be authorized to return on the 1st of August and stay for another 30 days on that visa.

no you are ok to come back, visit the UK immigration website and look at what visa you need to enter by now your study is over. |
