US Visa - Lawyer?

I applied for a Non-immigrant visa last year. The embassy told me that my case required administrative process. But unfortunately this process lasted 13 months. After 13 months the embassy issued me the Non-immigrant visa to US. If the embassy would issued me the visa that time that I applied I would have $60 000 in my back account but I don’t. Is there any way I can get that money?

Yeah, there is a way, go & work for it! The U.S. embassy is not obligated to grant you a visa on your timetable. They had their reasons to subject your application to administrative processes so if you are not pleased with the end result then just don't go to their country for them to get anymore of your money.
