First, you have to be 21 years old and you can't give US nationality to your parents in any case. You could, after you are 21, and only if you meet income guidelines, apply to have your parents immigrate to the US and go through the process of becoming a permanent resident. It would be another 5 years after they receive their green cardd that they could even apply for citizenship.

If you are a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old, you are eligible to petition to bring your parents to live and work permanently in the United States.

If you are a lawful permanent resident, you are not eligible to petition to bring your parents to live and work permanently in the United States

If you are applying to bring your mother to live in the United States, you must file the following with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (please note: if you have been legally adopted, you may not petition for your birth parent):

Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative (if you are filing for both parents, you must file a separate petition for each parent)
A copy of your birth certificate showing your name and your mother's name
If your name or your mother's name is different now than at the time of your birth, you must provide evidence of the legal name change.
If you were not born in the United States, a copy of either
your Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship or
your U.S. passport
If you are applying to bring your father to the United States to live, you must file the following with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (please note: if you have been legally adopted, you may not petition for your birth parent):

you could petition you parents to maybe be allow to enter the US at age 21 only and you would have to be able show financial support in order to do this;(2 petitions)

Go to the American Embassy. Were you adopted? How were you born on American soil if your parents aren't citizens? This sounds kind of fishy.
