USA Spouse Visa Question : Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee Helppppppppppp?

I am US citizen and married to Indian citizen. I have filled I-130 form to bring my wife in USA and case is now in NVC just waiting for Interview date in India for my wife who never came to USA.
Her DOB mention in her Passport and Birth Certificate is different by 1 year and 1 Day. NVC need certificate but Indian Govt not correcting that mistake in her certificate which was done by us or them or anyone else do not know before 30 years from now.

Will it creat problem for her Visa if we will send her Birth certificate with different DOB from Passport.
What can NVC decide after this.

Please help deciding smething which is right and good .................. we really missed each other ..........bcoz we love each other..................
