Uk suspend my visitor visa?

i get uk visitor visa after i apply for Europe visa to belgium consulate in bombay than they call me and asking me how can you go to usa i tell i got visitor visa so they ask me old passport and i tell them i lose old passport so they tell me widrow your Application and i withdraw my application so that's over. after 2nd day uk consulate suspend my visa
so any one know they both connected or they have right to suspend visa please reply me thanks
