Urgent, how to trace a coin deposit made at a bank??? all i have is receipt number?
i made a deposit of coins, over $150 at either WAMU or Bank of America a few months back, i totally forget about the deposit until I came across a deposit receipt today, i checked all my statments from past years and no transaction of a deposit amounting to anything close to $150 has shown up, how do I proceed from here?
I do NOT know which bank I made the deposit at. I know for certain it was at either BOA or WAMU because I only bank at a shopping complex 1 mile from my house. THe coin deposit receipt only states the amount (150) and has a receipt number.
Whom should I contact to trace my coin deposit? Should I head over to both banks or can I get in touch with someone directly from the Federal Government? Who receives my coins?
