hi guys..i have to apply for visa extension and their i have to write a letter to support my application
the condition is :
my visa is expring before my exams i.e in may..
i have to write a letter that i need extension to complet my course

can u guys help me in how to write a sample letter considering above situation...

2nd letter regarding - i am self finance and have rented a flat...

please help me writing these 2 formal letters..

Dear Visa Officer (or whatever the name of the Govt office you need to write to)

I would like to apply for a visa extension. My current Student visa expires on _____ (date) However my final exams are not until May and after studying very hard I would like to be able to sit for my exams which will mark the end of my course.
** I would write the 2nd letter within the same one-unless you're told to do it separately**

Dear Visa Officer,

I am applying for an extension of my Student Visa due to exam dates falling a month** after my visa expiration date.
I am capable of supporting myself until my exams are over.
I have XXX amount of pounds and (if you have credit cards you can show them that too)

** I need more info do you work? How can you support yourself? Just write it down in the same tone I started...
