My case has been complete at nvc 1-23-09 has anyone been through
this proccess? how long does it take to get an interview in montreal?

Expect a letter with an interview date and time within a month, and an appointment at the embassy within 1-6 months of receiving the letter.

A word of advice though, book the immigration medical ASAP, the doctors are usually pretty backlogged
