Wanting my Canadian boyfriend in the US with me?

I am American and I have a Canadian boyfriend. We are looking into the best way to get him into the US. Done alot of reading and researching and I'm not sure what to think right now. Work visa seems to be out of the question. We are looking more into the Student Visa and I would love to hear from people with actual experience in this field. Also the marriage option is open and I would love to hear from experienced people in that dept as well. We want to do this legally. I just want him here with me in the US asap. Please help with what you can, any links for contacting people is appreciated. Thanks!

K1 Fiance Visa or
K3 Spouse of a US Citizen Visa
IR-1 (Spouse of a US Citizen) Immigrant Visa

I just refused entry to a Canadian citizen who attempted to move into the US without the K3 visa right before I left work. Now her application to enter the United States legally just got harder.

Do it the right way, its way easier - even if it takes longer.

k-1 fiance visa is the fastest way....

You need to talk to an immigration consultant to help you file for a K1 or K3 visa. And while he can stay in the US as a tourist up to 6 months he CANNOT work until the paperwork is complete.

If he has a university degree he may qualify for a "TN Visa" if he can find a qualifying job. Look up "TN Visa" on yahoo search.
