in 2007,when i was 17 years old, I have B2 tourist visa to United States. I very like and really want to learn in high school in United States. But with visa B2, no school get me in. i met one people. He has a high credit in here. He recognized me as a foster child. And he guarantees me in court. After that, i can go to public high school same like normal children. But now 2009, my visa expires last year, what's happen to me if this summer i get graduation high school and i want go back to my country. Maybe i will get new visa for college and go back US again. Do i have illegal? Does my history have bad affected when i get new visa?

There are two options for you: either visit your home country's consulate or embassy in the US, or return to your home country and have a second visa issued. (I reccomend the first).
This "one people," if they are legally keeping you as a child, and you have no real parents in your home country, you should be free of any legal trouble, and should apply your visa extension.
If you are illegally staying in the US, with an illegal guardian, or your parents in your home country are looking for you, that is a big problem, and your visa extension has a very slim chance at approval.
If you are staying in teh US as a tourist, and will need to return back to your home country, apply your visa there.
If your tourist visa is legal, your "one people" is legal, and you and your family in your home country are legal, you should have no fear of having any history or background that makes you look bad.
If you are still continuing your education in an American college, and have not graduated, as long as you are a legal visitor, you can apply for a student visa for overseas education. |

Just call the visa hotline and get your card renewed. I prefer American Express by the way. |

you can go back to your country without any problems. If your visa expired more than 180 days ago, you face a 3-year ban for re-entry.
By the way, it seems American public schools are not that good at teaching English. |

just go to your embassy or call them to renew. just say you didnt pay attention to expiry or such. as long as your going to graduate they wont have a big problem. maybe they might ask a lot of question about certain days of the year to make sure you are not a terrorist or such |
