I got married to a US citizen within the USA and i need a sponsor, a friend of mine who meet the requirement is willing to help me and file this for me so which affidavit do we need to file between the two or both?, by the way my friend is my employer and already sponsoring someonelse is there a problem with that? thankssssssss

The I-864 is used with immigrant petitions, like the CR-1 I-130, and the I-134 is used with nonimmigrant petitions like the K-3. So, it would depend on which petition is being processed.
