Does anyone know how long it takes for a US citizen to receive a China visa for a trip overseas, when the application is submitted to a local US office?

Once you have obtained a valid passport, then you apply for a Visa. There is a company called VisaRite (Google it) that can expedite a Visa in as little as 2 days but that service is more expensive, of course. If you are going to Hong Kong then into mainland China you will need a double entry Visa. Hope this helps. Good Luck! |
