What are the equirements for PT Visa Screening?

Basically, a visa screen is an independent certification that the PT has the proper medical knowledge and English skills to perform in the US - it is the same process for Registered Nurses. It comes as a result of excessive fraud in the visa process, which put US lives in danger as unqualified medical personnel (or those unable to communicate properly) were put in charge of the care of unsuspecting patients. It can take up to six months.
