What are the odds of my philippine girlfriend getting a US tourist visa?
Find answers to your legal question.

What are the odds of my philippine girlfriend getting a US tourist visa?

I'm a filipino guy (US citizen), my girlfriend is currently in the Philippines. I would really want her to come visit me for a while, however there are some issues. Her status is married, even though she separated with her husband several years ago, (since divorce is not allowed over there) she is currently filing an annulment case to void that marriage. We can't file for a fiance visa until her status is single again, so in the meantime I want her to try a Tourist Visa.

During the tourist visa application, she needs to provide evidence of her compelling return home to prove that she is visiting solely for pleasure purposes. She is not in school and is not working but she does own some property and a passenger vehicle. Here are my ideas for the paperwork we will provide:
1. Title of her house and lot in her name
2. Title of their passenger vehicle in her name
3. Proof that her entire family lives in the Philippines
4. Paperwork of her annulment case

I'll be supporting her financially during her visit so it might appear as if she would want to stay with me, but maybe if she explains the deal with her annulment and our future plan for her fiance visa everything will be fine perhaps?

Do you think we still have a chance of being approved for a visa using the evidence above?

No. That's not enough grounds for the consul to give her a tourist visa. Your gf should be able to prove to the consul that she is coming back to the Philippines, and that she is not going to overstay/work/hide in the US. First, she must have a good job, or a business in the country where she lives. She has a family that lives in Philippines that will require her to come back (especially small children that will need her financial and physical support). In her case, she has filed an annulment case - this is not good for the consul to find out. As the consul might think once she is in the US and her annulment case was approved, she will marry a US citizen so she can stay permanently. Title of the house and vehicle will not be a big help.I have many friends from Manila who have done these and was disapproved. She can try to apply for the visa, but in my opinion her chances is very slim. The best solution for her are the following: (1) Wait till the annulment is approved. Then you petition her as your fiancee. Processing time for fiancee visa is about a year or less. Meaning once you petition her, she could be here in a year. (2) Find an employer for her in the US. There are so many employers her in US that are willing to petition workers overseas? You didn't mention her profession so I have no idea. Ask your friends if they know somebody who can help her. What I know is that there are many companies owned by Middle Eastern (Persian, Iranian, Saudi, etc.) who likes Filipino workers as they are hardworkers and can speak English. Ask some local Filipino recruitment agencies. (3) She can join a religious tour/seminar, etc.; and lastly, (4) why don't you consult a good Immigration lawyer. The lawyer might be able to give you more ideas or suggestion on how to get your girlfriend here quicker than what I had mentioned above. I know how much you wanted to be with your gf. Just don't give up. There are many avenues so she can come over here... don't forget to pray also. I wish you all the best!

Your chances are between slim and none. Now, if she has a job, a good job, not Jollybee, where she earns a good income, and pays income tax so she can prove it, with a letter from her employer stating she's on vacation and her job is waiting upon her return she'd have a better chance.

i do not want to be the barrier of bad news, but chances are, until she gets all of this done? she does not have a chance, and still,
but try it anyway?
good luck;
one more thing,you will have to let some time go before she comes to the US,because it might be too soon if she comes right away, and you will have to prove a long relationship first;
