I want to go work in Ireland but need a work visa that why i ask.

You should start first looking for the Ireland embassy or consulate in your country. And check what you need to apply for work permmit and visa.

Where are you starting from? The logical route would be to go to the nearest UK consulate and launch your appeal. The dispensation of visas depends on a number of factors, and only they can determine if you qualify.
