it does not conform to general standards of american citizenship in the u.s. and the long awaited stadards set forth by foreing government, it is however closo presenting its conforming arguements that the states are selfish when dealingth foreign elations, therefore the press has submitted multiple offers asking for presidents answer tohe common curefor foreign relations. but the U.S. has ot answered the phone calls,
