You can not get a visa if you can not spell Canadian (capitalized).

If you live in the US, you should be able to just cross the border and visit. If you live outside the US in another country, your best bet is to just call the nearest Canadian Embassy or even go on line and search the information you need in order to get a visa to visit. All you need in either case is valid ID and birth certificate (for the visa) to apply to enter their country.
