what do immigration do when someone loses there work permit and they have 3 kids that where born in the U.S she is a single mom and has no one in mexico she has live here at least 16 years is there something that can be done so she doesn't get deported?

would you tell me if the job permit was cancel ? or was the job at the end of the contract? therefore canceling the job permit?
