What countries allow a dual citizenship

which of these allow an american under age 18 without blood relation to get a dual citizenship?

I think you left out a selection of countries to choose from.

Australia and India encourage and allow dual citizenship, but i think you have to be 18!

I know for sure that India does. Several European countries like GB, Germany, and France also allow. I'm not sure about 18 year olds, but I know alot of adults with dual citizenships.
