i need to renew my passport by christmas (i know i have to pay for expedited service). But here's the thing....

Currently I don't have any valid form of identification. My passport is expired and I can't find my wallet meaning I can't find my drivers license.

I cant renew my passport without my license... what's the next step?

Can I get a new license? I don't think I'm eligible to get a new drivers license in PA because I only go to college here, my permanent residence is in FL.

What do I do???
