99.9% of them are working...hard for cheap wages and they contribute alot by paying taxes so i think its a good thing. |

I am half Polish but I was born in Wales. What you have to ask yourself is, what jobs are they doing? When I lived in Wales they were doing jobs that nobody else wanted to do, like work in meat packing places (Dawnpack, Oriel Myrddin). People are beginning to think they are worth more than they actually are. The way I see it is that they are fulfilling a position that obviously needs filling because our own people can't be bothered to fill the positions themselves. They would much prefer to sit and moan about a Polish invasion. It amazes me how people can say that they are taking jobs when there is proof to show that these jobs are not being filled by our own people and that companies have had to resort to employing outside of the UK. They are paying taxes, fulfilling a need and keeping the meat economy in business.. |

I worked with a fair few Polish folk and the majority work their arses off. Life sounds bad in Poland, and I don't blame them for trying to improve their quality of life. There's one planet, we all live on it - share and share alike. If it was the other way round, most people would have a very different view I think |

The Polish builders are hard working.They have been working on a house near me for four months.They start work at eight in the morning and work until,nine at night.
All you hear now is machines cutting bricks,and banging all day,they even work when it's pouring with rain.
Hard working yes,but when you have your Saturdays and Sundays ruined by this constant noise all day,it gets on your nerves no end. |

Considering than in the European racial schema Slavs are seen as Third Tier (after Nordics and Mediterraneans), I'm not surprised at all to hear that they are mistreated by the Anglo-Saxons. |

For one I am not happy about one in particular. I had a dentsi who was a butcher, and told me that I would have to have two teeth out if not more. She tried to take two out but couldnt, and they fractured. She caused me so much pain it nearly put me off going ever again.
Needless to say I changed dentists. I told the new one what had happened, and that the Polish one wanted to take more teeth out, and she said why!!! nothing much wrong just one filling.
