for example...my middle name is spelled as galosan but in my us visa,it was spelled galoson...does ot will affect in my entry to US?

If you are worried that it may pose problem upon entry here in the US you can go back to the issuing US Embassy and have your visa amended.

You should be fine, its just a typo. My friend form Brazil had an extra a added to his name but he is here on a F1 visa and has no problems.

since you are leaving tomorrow? there is not much you can do now.
if i were you? i would go anyway,
it was not by your doing that the middle name was typed in wrong,
not sure that you would be refused entry for this?
but yet? who knows?
