There is no such thing as a "diplomatic yellow tag" - I am guessing you are referring to something related to a scam e-mail about a shipment you can claim (if you provide personal contact/account information). Don't fall for it.
The US Department of State has been contacted by so many US citizens who have been targeted by such scams that there is now the following warning on their website:

This is part of the Nigerian "419" advance-fee scam. There is no such thing as a diplomatic yellow tag. In real life, diplomatic parcels are cleared through Customs based on a "franchise" from the Foreign Ministry, or by classified diplomatic pouch brought as accompanied baggage.
While there are corrupt diplomats who smuggle things, they do not do this for Nigerian fraudsters. Those who, in the past, have done so have wound up arrested for drug and arms smuggling, with their diplomatic immunity revoked by their ambassador.
See the second link below for info on "advance fee frauds". Promises of great wealth for handling abandoned or illicit money are ALL FAKE. They will eventually demand "fees" and "taxes" from you, which they will steal. |
