What is my residence address?

I live in UK, but this year I spend just few days in UK as I work abroad for Dutch employer. Hence I will NOT pay income tax in UK, but in Netherlands. I need to put residence address to my dutch tax declaration and I would like to put my UK address, but is it legal?

I mean - if i am not considered UK resident from UK tax perspective which is a case, then can i put my UK address as my residence (I am abroad just temporarily, and will return to UK)

In such cases, they clearly specify asking for your Permanent place of Residence address, which is the UK in this case and your Temporary place of residence, which is the Netherlands, in this case.
