What is my visa status? it says "The processed application is in Transit"?

I am from India and have applied for UK visa on 29th April..............today I checked my VISA status and it says "The processed application is in transit" what does that mean???

Your Visa was already processed and is now on teh way to teh Embassy where you live to be passed on to u after u meet some other requirements like medicals etc. Good luck
