You have to pay taxes in Russia - foreigners pay a flat 30% income tax and there is an 18% VAT on all goods and services, you are required to do military service, and the Russians do millions of dollars of trade with Israel every year. And how could you go to college in Russia if you aren't fluent in Russian. |
