first of all, as long as you are married to the other man, you will not be able to get married to the US man,
not sure how you would go to the US illegally ?
security is very tight now,
you will have to show proof of divorce first, and duration of a long relationship, before even applying,
mind you,
think not of trying to do this just to go to the US, especially since you are now married,
it would take some years to prove that you are free, and to actually get a visa to go to the US. |

Divorce your currrent husband, and then your american boyfriend should apply K1 visa stating you are his fiancee, it should take about 6 month to one year for you to get to the US. You gotta marry him within 56 months when you get to America, otherwise you will be deported .. |
