my bro is having a child but his baby moms is in DR, she is willing (so far) to sign over full custody to my bro after the baby is born. my bro lives in the US and want to bring the baby here, How long does this take and what is the necessary steps that need to be takin?

Step One. Find a tall tree roughly 16 feet in hight and atleast 8 feet in diameter.
Step Two. Using an ax, a sledge hammer, and sand paper shape said tree into a canoe.
Step Three. Save up stock piles of baby formula and diapers for the trip.
Step Four. Wait until the tides are going the correct direction then launch that bad boy and wish the child luck.

As long as the father is a citizen than the child is legally good. paperwork should be the same as a newborn here. well the only thing you would have to get extra stuff like passports. |
