England is GMT time: 5 hours ahead of EST, 6 ahead of CST, 7 ahead of Mountain time, and 8 over PST.

It depends where you are in the USA. I live in Nebraska and were are in the mountain time zone. It is 10:33am right now. UK time it is 5:33 pm.

Depends on what time zone you're in. If it's EST, the UK is 5 hours ahead.
