hi.my husband has applied for j1 visa and me and our twin baby[1YEAR OLD]FOR J2 VISA.which documents we should carry?and how can we make them convinced?please advice.

since there are many different programs covered by the J visa, there's no way to answer your question, unless you actually tell us what your husband is intending to do on his J visa. |

You won't have to say anything, other than be knowledgeable about what your husband is doing in the US if you are asked. You should also be prepared to prove you are married, and that the baby is yours.
They will be interviewing him, as the J1 applicant (your status is only derived from his, so while you are undoubtedly an important human being in your own right, you're not important for the visa interview!).
The three main factors in my view of the interview will be: is his program legitimate; does he intend to return to his home country after the exchange; will he be able to financially support you and the child in the US? |

They will ask why you want a visa to the USA. Tell them that you and your husband are dedicated to the teachings of Allah and want to spread his beautiful words. As did Mohammad (the messanger). Everyone respects Religion. That answer will get you somewhere. For sure. Carry your original country ID documents with translations. As will as a copy of the Koran with English translations. |
