What should we do..me and my husband want to be together but the embassy of sweden are denying my application?

me and my husband had done everything just to have a visa from his country but the embassy keep on denying my application..all we want was to be with each other,,i am losing hope that i can be with him soon..since the embassy of Sweden here in Philippines are closing by May and they say that they are not accepting anymore applicants to this date..

Eww, I didn't know they could do that. Can ya both go to another country til it gets worked out, or maybe he can can be next door
