to add on to what George said, the person thats going has to make an appointment, appointments take up to 3 months in Saudi Arabia. Make an appointment on this website. I belive the applicant must pay an application fee of $130 in a local saudi bank and have the forms printed out from the website and filled in for the appointment date.

Do you have some sort of relationship with this person? Are you trying to bring them here as a tourist, an immigrant, something else? As far as tourism goes, you basically can't bring a Saudi or any other foreigner to the US. You can write them a letter of invitation, you can fill out an Affidavit of Support, although why a Saudi would need an affidavit of support is beyond me. Plus, these documents are not required and probably won't be given much weight as a result. But in the end, they need to qualify on their own and convince the interviewing officer that they will return. It's unclear to say the least if it's your intention that they will return. |
