What steps should I take to have a British-Filipino dual citizenship? (Hong Kong)?

Where should I go? Who should I ask? I'm a Filipino citizen (under 18) who also wants a Hong Kong British citizenship. It's possible, right? since my mother is a HK British citizen.
Additional Details
I'm was born in the Philippines, and i still live here. Also, my dad is a naturalised Filipino, originally Chinese.

in which country are you living now ?
it makes alot of differences ....as your mother being born in Hong Kong citizen , you may be able to apply for citizenship ,
where were you born ? please answer if you wish , so i can look it up for you .:-)

It's not possible. The best you could get would be a Filipino/UK one. Since HK was given back, the UK no longer has any legal right to issue passports from HK.

hello i was wondering.... my boyfriend was born in hong kong and had hong kong passport... his mother and father are filipino and took him a few months later to phillipines.. i want to know if he can apply for british passport???
