A Chinese citizen will need a visa from the Mexican Embassy in Beijing in order to travel to Mexico. An American with money would have nothing to do with it. The Chinese applicant will have to state why he/she is going to Mexico, how long he/she will be staying, where he/she will be staying, and proof that he/she can pay his/her own way while in Mexico. |

Legally or illegally, legally a visa from the Mexican government, illegally come across the southern border with Central America. Make sure you don't drink the tap water because you will get sick.. Good luck. |
