Usually telephones are attended to by Consulate staff for only about 1 hour sometime in the afternoon ( find out from the web site ). The rest of the time all you will hear is the continuous ringing tone. |

Mexican consulates are almost impossible to get through to on the phone. You really have to go in person...even if you get through on the phone, you won't get an answer to your question. This seems to be a common thing. |
