Well, simply inviting them to come has no real effect. This person would need some sort of visa to come to the US. Normally, they would need a tourist visa, and would need to apply in Ankara or Istanbul. They don't need an invitation to do that.
If you're talking about bringing them to the US to live, you would need to file an immigrant visa petition with USCIS. To do that, this person would have to be a relative of yours, and you would have to be a legal permanent resident or an American. |

It's not easy to procure visas to the US, especially for Turkish people nowadays. First, you will have to do some kind of letter of invitation. Whoever you are inviting will probably need to prove their employment, savings, housing information, etc. You should read about the exact details from the US Consulate website in Turkey. |

People from Turkey need visa going to USA therefore either thru petition within family but if not then it needs a lot of paper work. Invitation from an American citizen maybe that you are responsible for the cost at the time the person is visiting you. And like other countries USA also may require travel insurance, booked plane ticket ... etc. The person being invited may proof he/she has enough money in his/her bank account to finance his /her trip to USA. |
