pretty sure it was 1989, They say it ws when the lease expired, I say it is all in the plan of the NWO to establish china as the dominate industrialized nation in the world and weaken the american economy.

1997 and the reason was because the British did not own Hong Kong in perpetuity, it had been leased from China. Basically, the lease was up and the People's Republic of China wasn't going to renew it. |

It was pretty recently, like 1997. It was because of an agreement between UK and China, that they had to return Hong Kong on a certain date. |

Yup ! 1997, why I remember that, I don't know. However, Honk Hong will never recognize China as thier ruler. The Honk Hong people are ysed to thier basic freedom. Not as free as we are,... but they do have relitive freedom.
They will fight for it, and I hope we will fight for them if it comes to that ! |
