i wanna get married but we dont know what am gonna do first do i need to go to court straight or i have to go embassy to ask that im gonna get married.my visa is B1B2 visa and ive been here since nov.14 thats why im gonna get married.i just wanna know how to get married and my boyfriend is american citizen.

with your visa B1B2 marriage is not its intended purpose you may end up deported and charged criminally unde tittle 18 US code for marriage fraud and your prospective husband too

if u get married immediately they can send u back.
marriage doesnt guarantee teh residence for immigrant and the visa u have its not good at all for u purpose
i should have applied for the fiancÃ¨ visa. (k-1)

get married and then go to the embassy. start with ur paper work as soon as u get married if u wanna become a green card... good luck
