When i requested my visa they stamp in my passport cancel with perjudice. why?, it is bad?

You might be confused.

There is no "Cancelled With Predjudice" stamp any more. There is only "Cancelled Without Predjudice" which we use to cancel a visa when we're replacing it with a new one, and simply "Cancelled" which is what we use on visas we wish we hadn't issued in the first place.

If you were only applying for a visa but were refused, the officer stamped "Application Received" and the date on the last page of your passport. This is a sign to embassies of other countries that the US refused you.

Just be careful with this ****...I had the experience when visiting a neighbour country and some years later I had some issues raised...And believe they were pretty much complicated...I advise you ask someone expert whether your papers are officially ok...

Good day,i got a Uk visa last month.But during the process of applying for Visa they rejected me and they said i should appeal.But along the Line i lost my passport which i use in applying for the Visa.So i reported and i did another passport.But after a month,i found the lost passport and then the Uk embassy now called me that my appeal was successful because i really lost hope that they are not going to give me the Visa again but my uncle wrote the appeal for me.The problem now is that i have to be given the Visa and it was stamped on the former passport i lost.But i went to the immigration office to laid down my complain and they told me that i have to attach the two passport then the old passport they wrote cancelled without prejudice.But my visa is in that passport they wrote cancelled without prejudice.But i hope it will not affect my traveling to Uk.please i will be glad if you can enlighten me more about this issue.But my visa in it was not stamped and they told me that is the only visa that is valid.
