It is just a Certificate of Health saying that you don't not have any known diseases etc. that you could take with you when you travel. You should be able to get one from your physician. |

There are 2 levels whilst a Medical Certificate is requested by the consulate/embassy.
1. When an applicant's visa application is approved and due to the immigration requirement, the applicant need to satisfy the Health requirement. This is case 1.
2. Applicant need to submit a Medical Certificate with his/her visa application itself for the consulate/embassy to perform the initial assesment.
Medical Certificates are usually requested from the applicant in order to evidence their health ability to travel & ensure that the applicant does not have any immune diseases. |

The U.S. Consulate designates a particular (chosen by the Consulate to prevent forgery) Health Clinic which sees to it that all proper disease checks are done, and all innoculations must be taken before entering the country. There is a specific health form required by the U.S. Consulate, and that particular form must be brought to your visa interview. |

It's a certificate, usually available as a download from the country of choice website.
It is usually presented at the time of the visa request. Just have it filled out by your physican. It states that you don't have any known illness.

Coming from, or going to certain countries you will need a certificate that says you have been innoculated against certain diseases and/or do not and never have had certain diseases. These things differ based on destination and departure points. You can get these certificates from your local health department usually. |
