Where and how to file K1 Fince Visa??

Can someone explain how do I start from step one to end to apply for K1 fiance visa?? where do I file and what do I file and does my fiance needs to file anything before I file anything??

the us citizen resident will have to show One that they have met in person and well documented by pics hotel receipts air travel , then he /she files form I 129 with the USCIS office serving his /her state of residence while apart keep documenting the on going relationship with email phone logs he /she will have to provide this information as proof of the genuine relationship after you filed the I129 and get approved she will be notified as to other documentation he /she will have to obtain from there citizenship country (many many papers and physical ) and lot of filing fees ) if the visa i granted they emigrate on a90 day visa which time the marriage as to take place soon there after they file for an adjustment of visa to temporary green card so they can live in america (conditional for 2 yrs after marriage
