There are lots of places in Africa and Asia where supposedly legit British passports are offered. You may obtain them but can be sure that you would never enter a plane to the United Kingdom (UK) on them and if ever you would be rejected by the U.K. Border Agency Officers once they have checked it through their scanner system.
