i need to back in philippine i can not renew my employment anymore.it been 3 months since i renew my passport and still no respond

I presume that you are following up on your passport renewal. Ever since they changed to the machine readable passport, there has been delays in the processing since they have to send it to DFA Manila. So you can just imagine the bureaucracy involved in this procedure. Last time I checked, it was only a month. So now it is 3 months you say?
While you may be able to get satisfactory answers from other embassies, bottom line is you will have to deal with the one in DC as that is where you need to get your passport. Give it a week and if nothing happens, go there personally to find the answer. Good luck to you. |

I wish you the best of luck. There seems to be just 1 woman in charge of passport renewals and she's a rude and obnoxious *****. Her voice mail is full 95% of the time, and when it's not full and you leave a message, she does not return your calls.
Been there and done it.
Try calling some of the consulates like Chicago and Los Angeles. Maybe they can give you another number, an unlisted number, you can use to get a real live person in DC. |

Embassies don't deal with passports enquiries of it's citizens,
that's what Consulates or Consul Generals are for...
Consulates deal with all enquiries and paper work.,
providing assistance with bureaucratic issues to both the citizens of the consul's own country travelling or living abroad, and to the citizens of the country the consul is in .
An Embassy is, technically the Residence of the ambassador.
The ambassador, is a representative from one head of state to another,his or her duties revolve around diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Maybe that's why they don't respond to your enquiries?
